In riveting machine the tool rotates at a fixed angle.The rivet material undergoes a deformation due to hammering action, which results in faultless riveting with practically no alteration of the metal structure. The force for riveting is given by power unit. The operation is noiseless and uses low cost toolings. The micromatic stroke adjustment enables quick set-up. Stepless adjustment of the riveting force, time and stroke allows the machine to perform for a variety of applications. It is used to rivet scissors, door hinges, automobile locks, cycle parts, brake shoe and clutch face in automobiles etc.
